Northstar Council
A group of up to six Spark delegates responsible for supervising Spark’s direction and long-term strategy to ensure it is aligned with the missions and constitution adopted by Spark.
Scoring Committee
Strategic advisors in compute, crypto, and venture. They evaluate deals, shape investment theses, and guide high-stakes capital deployment across the ecosystem.
Execution Engine
One or several Spark entities that essentially operate as the operational arm, enforcing support decisions and promoting Spark mission. Responsibilities will gradually automate and decentralize to a bigger number of Spark contributors.
Spark Labs
The Spark’s internal incubator for launching high-conviction ventures at the frontier of compute and crypto. Spark Labs supports teams from pitch to product, driving ecosystem growth and expanding SparkGPU utility.
